Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using udyam-registration.in, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Nature of Services

udyam-registration.in is a private advisory consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of India, the Ministry of MSME, or the official Udyam Registration portal (udyamregistration.gov.in). Our services are purely advisory in nature — we assist individuals and businesses with form preparation, documentation guidance, portal submission, and post-registration support.

2. Nature of Advisory Fees

Any fee charged by us is exclusively for our professional advisory and filing assistance services. Our fee covers expert form preparation, Aadhaar OTP support, portal submission, application tracking and post-registration guidance.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our advisory services. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Limitations of Liability

We shall not be liable for any delays caused by the Government of India's Udyam portal, system outages, OTP delivery failures, PAN-Aadhaar mismatch at the government's end, or any other factors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the advisory service fee paid.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and layout — is the property of udyam-registration.in. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
