The fee charged by udyam-registration.in covers expert advisory assistance including application preparation, portal submission, tracking, and post-registration guidance. This fee is for professional services rendered — not for the government registration itself, which remains free.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Our advisory team was unable to complete the filing due to reasons entirely within our control
• A duplicate payment was made for the same application
• The service was not initiated within the agreed timeframe and you wish to cancel before filing

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Filing was completed and Udyam Registration Number was issued
• Application was rejected due to incorrect information provided by the client
• Client changed their mind after filing was completed
• Delays caused by the government portal, OTP issues, or PAN-Aadhaar mismatch at the client's end

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of payment. Include your name, application reference, and reason for the refund request. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
